- February: Tribute to New Orleans & Southern Cooking
- A sampling of the cuisine of the South – focusing on the Cooking of Louisiana – representing perhaps our country’s most distinctive Cuisine: Seafood Gumbo, Duck & Andouille Jambalaya, Memphis BBQ Ribs……
- March: Mediterranean Cooking
- Celebrating the Great Cuisines of the Mediterranean – including Italy, Greece, and North Africa with Chicken Saltimbocca, Moussaka, Lamb Tajine with Couscous, Ossobuco
- April: From India to Indonesia
- Cuisines of Curry – Thailand, Myanmar, as well as Indonesia, Malaysia, India, and Sri Lanka featuring dishes like Thai Seafood Stew, Lamb Gosht , Golden Star Veggie Curry, Thai Chicken Sandwich
- May: From Iberia to Latin America
- The Foods of Spain and Portugal and their Latin American Descendents including Tapas, Paella, Solomillo, Bife’ Portuguesa, Cochinita Pibil, Prawns Acapulco

- The Cooking of Lebanon, Turkey, Egypt Iran, and more as we serve Mezze (small plates), Chicken with Peaches & Lime(Iran), Lamb Kofta
- July: Celebrating Skagit Harvest & Northwest Cooking
- Taking advantage of the Bounty of Skagit and Northwest showcasing Smoked Salmon-Quinoa Cakes, Stuffed Chicken with Wild Blackberries
- August: Island Cooking
- Island Cookery around the World - Tiki Crab Cakes, Prawns Esmeralda, Jerked Chicken Sandwich Fruit Salsa

- A culinary tour of Western Europe with Jagerschnitzel, Scotch Broth, Danish Stuffed Pork, Bouillabaise, Chicken Normandy
